Got ick ! need HELP !

I am sure you have all hears this song and dance before but here goes !
I have a 125 gallon tank with a Lion fish,4 damsels,a niger trigger and an Achilles Tang, Yesterday I noticed the Tang had white spots on him, Here's my problem I have a bunch of snails and hermits and other inverts that came with my rock, now i do not have a quarantine tank (I am sorry ) I am willing to set one up ( Is it too late?) and how big should it be? should I use the water from my main tank ? how should I go about getting rid of this? I am already feeding garlic soaked foods to all, The other fish seem to be o.k. right now but I know i need to do something fast..... Thanks in advance !

My other question is can you drop the salinity with inverts in th tank my gut feeling is NO ! I thought I read somewhere that inverts can't take low salinity levels ! Damn somebody help me out please !

As always thank you first off, If I move the fish and treat them, Then I loose the inverts to hypo,
That stinks ! I picked up a product at my lfs let me know if you have any expierence with it. It's from Kent marine, It's calledExpert series Rx.P The ingreidients are as follows.
deionized water,natural plant extracts,pepper,stabilized vitamin C, and stabilizers. I am trying not to be greedy and not loose anything, The only problem is it is not recommended for lion fish so its really not an option for me but I'm reaching ... Thanks again for your time.

oops sorry anthem,
The main tank will be fine because ick dosen't affect inverts and I am doing the hypo in the hospital tank... sorry I misunderstood. With no host the ick dies !!! thanks again !

from speaking to some prof. i have learned that ick will always be in the tank...from exp. do not use copper it has to be tested every 3 hours or you will lose eveything...check water quality and do a water change use a stress coat and a strees zime in tank will not hurt fish or inverts and keep an eye on it if it getts worse use a fresh water dip on that one fish....

I have my hospital tank all set up !! it's a 20 gallon long, my lion achilles tang, niger trigger (he's a nugget) and 4 damsels are all in there. I took the day off of work today I thought I was going to have to harpoon those damn damsels man took me 3 hours to catch them and the trigger !!
anyway doing hypo now... hope it works, I also got a U.V. sterilizer got a sweet deal on it
$50 the guy at my lfs owed me huge got a couple of tickets squashed for him so I figured it was time to cash in the favor,will this new piece of equipment help ? is it worth it ? the sticker price on it was $240 so I figure I scored anyway. ;)
