So what's the deal with this guy that got nominated to be the Democrat candidate for the South Carolina Seante seat? He comes out of literally nowhere, gets 60% of the vote, and now they find out he's on felony charges, which stems from a University of South Carolina student's complaint that he showed her a

website, then talked about going to her room at a university dorm. Of course the Number 3 Democrat in Washington is crying 'foul', and thinks the Republican Party is somehow behind getting this guy nominated. Personally, I think the Democrats get what they deserve for being too stupid for not doing research on this guy before letting him put his name on the ballot:

South Carolina's politics have been in the news way too much between this guy, the towel head remarks aimed at Haley and the guy who said he had sexual relations with her, Sanfords little misadventure last year.

You should have heard this fool when Shepard Smith at Fox interviewed him. Smith asks him if he had to ask for a public defender in his criminal case where did he come up with the filing fee. Guy couldn't comment on that.
This guy is a prime example of what's wrong with this country. It isn't politically correct but I am going to say it anyway. You had a lot of black Democrats who only saw a black candidate and voted for him. Identity politics is a bad thing. It's just as bad when whites vote against a black candidate for no reason other than color or women vote for women or in it's most simple form, people will vote for a waste of skin simply because they happen to have the right initial after their name.
Don't really know how to fix the problem but until people start taking the time to actually learn something about those they vote for we will never have a better class of politicians in this country.
