my 55 gal is around is 32.7 X turn over , actually higher not sure how many actual gallons of water is in there....

61.6x in my 125gal, though it's a complete stab in the dark guessing the head loss for the return pump as it's knocked down via ball valve....

in my 29G, I'm between 25-35x: 25x if assuming 29g of water volume and 35x if estimating only 20g volume due to rock/substrate displacement, etc.

over 75x but its not as bad as it sounds. One 1189gph nano tunze 6045 on one side. One modded nano tunze 6025 on the other side, virtually identicle to the 6045, but I'm being conservative and rating the two nano's together at 2000gph. then I'm assigning 300gph to the return (600gph pump minus head loss). the tank is 30 gallons. 302300=76.6x. still have low flow LPS on the bottom that arent flapping around. all the aggressive flow is in the top 3/4th of the tank.
