does anyone know how many gallons per hr i should run on an ecosystem 3012 in these dimesions i dont even know how many gallons the ecosystem is here are the deminsions i cant rember what the formula for figuring out gallon capicaty is but here are the deminsions anywa 30L x 12W x 16H

The flow thru the tnak? or the circulation with in your fuge tank?

try and shoot for a 7x turnover rate in the fuge.

I like a relatively low flow rate in my refugium...mine is about 40-50 gal capacity(currently) and I run maybe 100-120 GPH thru mine. The display runs maybe 12-15 times turnover and the sump is much higher(its about 20 gal capacity).
It may just be me and my particular situation but I prefer a lower flow rate thru the refugium.:thinking:

I agree with a lower flow rate within the fuge, maybe 4 to 7x and not much more., with a gravity fed return. JMO
