Would shells effect sharks there health or something else.Bactrerial infection.Could it be fatal.Please reply.

Always use sand as the substrate.
Larger pieces (CC,shells,etc) can irritate or cut the sharks stomach and lead to infection.

My friend has one with shells will the shark die or get a disease.
