I read about bundling rubber bands together and clipping them so that are "tenacles" instead of loops. Well I tried it for my tomato clown and he loves it!! I put it in right before I added him to the tank. Within an hour or two he was sitting in it. I am soo pleased :D :p I have made one for my one at home and gonna try him tonight. Plus the rubber bands I used are sorta thick and brown so they don't look too stupid in the tank.

What I read didn't mention anything about the feeding but it wouldn't be a bad to maybe pick it up and wash it under a powerhead every now and then.

Well I work for a reprographics company so we have lots of rubber bands so I can always make more. I can't believe that noone that makes tank decorations makes on anyhow. Or is there one that I haven't heard of?

Yeah, I'd watch out for deterioration of the rubber. I've seen rubber bands in the fresh water tanks where I work, and they deteriorate quikly in there. It probably happens faster in salt water, and that can't be healthy. It may be perfectly safe. I'd be careful though. It does sound pretty cool though. I'd like to see it

I don't know if it was the rubber bands or not but we had 3 out of 5 fish die overnight last night. We also had a huge storm last don't know if that had any bearing on it or night. This tank is at work so I wasn't here to see what was going on.
