Green Carpet

ok, so i was wondering how much light a green carpet is supposed to have b/c i have a 60g and i have 54w of t5 light and that and a rose tip and some buble tips and a piece of leather coral and shrooms are living is this normal.......or do i have some kind of freak tank?

IMO they need metal halides.
Are you asking is in normal for those you listed to be able to live under than lighting? The corals can, but the anemones will not live long term with only 54 watts.

well i would agree with viper. I have 300 watts on my 29 gallon so 54 on a 60 it will not last very long. Any of your anemones actully. I would look at getting some new lights or getting rid of them.

Wow you guys are sooooo smart
! I have a GCA too and He will not live very
long in that kind of light. They WILL shrivle up and slowly die!
I know that MH is a lot of $$$ but it pays off!
AND buy the way... why don't anyone right on my post on GCA? :mad: :mad: :mad: ?
