How on earth do you get such good photos of your fish!???? What kind of camer are you using? A lot of my pics are just some blurry spots lol.

Camera- Canon 5d.
Lens for this shot- Canon 24-70mm 2.8L series professional lens.
Lighting- Ambiant tank lighting ONLY.
Use of flash will usually kill a good tank photo because of the tank glass and water being reflective. The photo subject is crisp with the background blurred due to the aperture of the lens... photo shot at an aperture of 2.8.

haha 2000.00? I wish, Try almost $8000.00 on this one complete camera and lens. I also have a 20d and a couple other lens too ;) its a part time hobby of mine that is almost as expensive as this saltwater reef hobby. haha.

Yeah it sure is... trust me, im still paying on it haha. I will submit the next photos using the 20d which is a MUCH cheaper camera. Anyway...Sorry for being off topic Admin.

I think this pic is a much better representation of the species... Anyone else agree?

So whens this one go up for voting? Is it going in the damsel category? I dont wanna think of my Chromis as a Damsel
