green cyano? or something else

it brushes off easily but keeps coming back. its not hairy at all and is more like a carpet algae. heres some pics if anyone can i.d. it and tell me what to do id really appreciate it.

are you dosing Vodka at all?
People have reported getting green/dark cyno when dosing.
if its like snotty mat and pulls right off then i would say its cyno

It's hard to tell from the pics, but to me, it looks like cyano.
