Green dots

Greetings to all, I have a yellow tang in a 135G reef, I have a bit of ich in the system. I have lowered salinity to 1.0165 I noticed my tang has tiny green spots around eyes and on one lateral side he has what looks lie scratches also with green color. it looks like algae I notice him twitching also. He still is eating algae off my rocks and all else looks ok. What the heck could this be ? Thanx Lawrence
