GREEN finger/stick looking things????

Ha HA! Hey guys, I never found anything on a search, but I have a couple of weird green finger/stick looking type things growing right off my LR. The water has been in great condition for about 2-1/2 months (since new) and everything looks great.
WHAT ARE THEY???

Dunno.

I got it from the LFS.

I could ask them next time I'm there I guess.
I'm sure it's harmless, but I'd like to know what it is.

Its a type of Coraline algae if i remember right. DESIRABLE

i think it's small shaving brush plants

It is Neomeris annulata - aka caterpillar weed or fuzzy tip algae.
Harmless. Kinda cool, IMO.

Ophiura.....thanks bud, that exactly what it is. Sounds to be harmless as others here said. Did a search and found a few good pictures of it. Here is a cool one....
