Green hair algea!!!

Any other tips besides adding turbo snails and a lawn mower blenny? I had a lawnmower blenny but he died for some unknown reason. Surely he didn't starve to death with all this hair algea I have! I have removed all rocks and scrubbed it off and it is coming back.

Try a Sea Hare, or a Tang. Other than that just keep scrubbing and get a phosphate reactor or something to help prevent it from coming back. I have the same problem right now. Just got a sea hare and a lawnmower and have a phosphate reactor.
Also make sure you aren't doing anything to cause the problem. Such as over feeding or slacking on the water changes.
