Green kenya ?

Ok... what's up with green kenya trees? are they low light corals like their brown cousins, high flow, etc?

nah, i don't think this thing is dyed, the trunk is completely white on the inside, where if it were dyed i'd think even the trunk flesh would be green. It's just floppin around right now so i'm not thinking it is doing well. I traded it for a gbta thinking ehh, kenya tree isn't hard to keep...

not capnella

they actually preffer far higher lighting than capnella (kenya), moderate to high flow as well to assist in shedding.
theyare also fussy touching them or moving them can cause them to close up for a day or two sometimes. other times it wont even faze them.

i picked up one of these tonight for 20 bucks...and since i have lights that can support anything and powerheads that will blow trees over...lol...j/k just to #4 koralias....i figured why not for 20 when checking out the girl tried to jump the price on me to $35 but if she would have told me that then i would have come home with a few zoas....made a few dollars tonight so i had to spend some of it...lol...you know support the addiction

actually, it is doing rather well :) it's about halfway down the rock wall and is extending polyps rather well :) its all fuzzy hehe.
