Green Marine Algae from LFS ? vs lcl mkt

can anyone tell me if there is a difference between the "Ocean Nutrition" brand of Green Marine Algae I purchased($30.) at my lfs and the Nori roasted seaweed at the local asian market ($8.00) i dont want to introduce anything bad to my fish, but the price difference is huge!! the ingredients appear to be the same?? any info would be very appreciated.

I am no expert but I have seen plenty of people recommend using just regular nori sheets you can by from the markets. Just my opinion. Wait for someone elses since you said it says roasted. I have never bought any from the local market, so I don't know how it is usually listed. I don't have a requirment for much at this time.

ya that "roasted" kind of made me wonder but it looks identical ... ya i will wait till i get some more opinions thanks

I don't know about the "roasted" either, but if your market sells sushi, ask the guy behind the counter what aisle the seaweed sheets are in. It is way cheaper getting it that way.
