Green Rhodactis shrinking :(

My newly acquired green rhodactis was doing great until I just noticed now that it has some white stuff coming from the underside. It has been shrinking a little over the past day, also.
Current PC's with moonlights
78.9 temp
pH 8.3
SG 1.022
Calcium 400
Nitrites <.05
Nitrates and Ammonia test low as well
Going to do a water change tomorrow. Mixing saltwater with powerhead today.
Any other ideas?

I have had it a week. I did not light acclimate. Lights are on 7am-6pm, moonlights 6pm-7am
I will try moving it into a slightly shaded area and see if it does better

Pic please.
The camera is out of the office at the moment, but when it's returned, I will get a pic and post it.
Today it's even smaller and the underside looks like it may be detaching from the rock :(

This is what it looked like when I got it. Now it is maybe 1/4- 1/3 that size :(
Hopefully will have a pic later today.

Daylights are on this long? Or does this include actinic only? If you have 11hrs of full daylight, this could be your issue. My Rhodactis are on the sand like yours and partially shaded from full light. They get about 8 hrs daylight (PC) and 2 hrs actinic only.

I would do this and see if it's condition improves.

Yes daylights are on that long. :( I will change the light timer as well.
I moved the rhodie to a spot partially under a shelf of live rock and moved my sun coral a little out into the open (since it's non-photo anyway)
Thanks for the tip! I really appreciate it, as I'd like to get more Rhodactis.
