green slimy algea

I am about 3 months into setting up my first reef aquarium. In the past 2 weeks all exposed surfaces of the bottom have become covered with a thick green slimey algea. does anyone know what i should do about this.
water parameters:
Amonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates 0
ph 8.3
salt 1.022
temp 77
this is a 55 gal tank 25 # LR have more coming soon. 220Watts PC lighting 1/2 10000K 1/2 actinic

Get some trochus snails and if the problem does not go away then check your phosphates.
 
Well, you didn't post the phosphate level in your tank. if you don't have that test kit, get one. also, do you use tap water? that could be part of the problem. you should use R.O. water. do you have a good cleaning crew? if not, better get one soon(turbo snails, mexican snails, sandsifting goby, and maybe some red leg hermits).
