I bought this coral a couple days ago and it has still not opened. it was fully open at the lfs when i bought it. i did a temp acclimation and then a drip for 2 hours and i do o tundersdtand why it wont open. all of my other corals are doing awesome and have not had any problems w this lfs and have bought several corals from the same tank. if anybody could suggest anything to get the coral to open up that would be great. thanks in advance

How are your water parameters, flow, lighting,etc? Mine took a couple of days before it decided to open up too, but it eventually did.

give it some time as long as the mat is purple its fine they will reopen shortly its a common problem
i have a bunch and even if i handle them and move them around they open right back up when they are happy they will open no worries
