Green Stuff

I have this neon green stuff that is in my fuge where the water flows and on my emperor 400 where the water comes out. I used a toothbrush and brushed it and it comes off in clumps and looks like seaweed. Only think i can think of is from when i put DT's marine plankton in my tank? Anyone else have any ideas what it could be?

It would help if you gave us a bit more info about your tank. Like, what size is it? How long has it been set up? What do you have in it? Why did you put DTs in it?
What are the parameters?
Ammonia?
Nitrite?
Nitrate?
PH?
When you say "neon" green that implies it has a glow to it. Does it? Or is it just a nice bright green?
