Has anyone ever built there own?
I'm thinking like a Titanium welding rod (no flux) and wire run down to a grounded outlet.
Is that all there is to it? Or is ther any other electronics involved like resistors, diodes, etc?
i bought mine off of ---- for 8 bucks shipped, so i couldnt tell you how to make one, but i would guess if you do not already have the parts it is probably cheaper to just buy one.
