Hello, I have noticed that my mandarin fish is could stand to gain some weight. If you grow live foods for your tank or know what to feed mandarins I would like to know. Also I have a full reef.
Thank you,
Andrew VanSocyk

Do you have a pre-filter songe in your overflow? (if you have an overflow) If so those things are usually full of pods. Just put it in the tank a little while and watch him work.

I saw on inlandaquatics or ipsf site that you can use a 10 gallon tank and set it up as a breeder. May want to check it out if your courious.
A refeugium is also a great place and it is benificial to the tank as well.

either get a refugium or jumpstart your pod population with a kit from either

I also read somewhere (take it for whats it worth) that if you don't have room for these, that two small pipes/tubing one inserted into another creates a dead space for the pods to be protected and to reproduce.? Put it on the sand, behind the rocks so only tiny stuff can enter. I guess it makes since. :)
