Not only do i have a small hair alge problem, but there are these small leaf plants growing out of my LR. What in the world are these?? the leaves are in groups of threes. Can anyone tell me what this might be?

I believe what you are talking about is macro algae. I believe these are generally good things to have in your tank as they assist in reducing some of your levels. I have a sally lightfoot as well as a few fish that like to nibble on them.
