Gsm's Mated?

Hey guys. This is my first post in this forum and I have a kind of stupid question. I have had a 1-1/2" gsm in my tank for a while and this past weekend i purchased a 4" gsm that is absolutely beautiful. Almost immediately it made its way down into the corner of the tank where my other gsm and his two condy anemones are located. It hung out there for about a while and by the end of the night it had made its home in the condy's with the other gsm. My question is this, how can you tell if they have paired up or if they are just coexisting in the same anemones? The new gsm shoos off any fish that come close except for the other gsm. Alot of the time they stay kind of separaed, but at night and much of the day, they hang out together in the anemone and rub up against each other from time to time. I thought that gsm's are intolerant of other clowns unless they are mated, is this true? And if they are paired up, how long should it be before I start to see eggs? If it all works out, i'm going to try and raise the fry using some info I have found on this board. Thanks!

If they aren't paired up they they won't let each other be in the same anemone. It could be quite a while before they mate because the 1 1/2" gsm is really small and may be very young. Could be another year or two.
