guineafowl looking pale, is he O.K.?

my guineafowl puffer has been looking really pale the past couple of days. He's eating good and seems to be happy. I just wanted to see if that's normal.

What are your water peramiters ? Have they changed any in the last few days ? Any new changes or additions to the tank ?

No, everything has stayed the same, water p's are nitrates-20 amm., nit.,-0

Can we have a full Parameter reading ? There might be other factors influencing his health.

Well I have him in hyposalinity right now so specific gravity is @1.009 and ph is at 8.2. other than that I don't know what other parameters

Well that would be my guess right there . Hypo is not a natural state for the puffer and as such could cause the fish to be discolored .
