guppies in saltwater

I bought some live shrimps and it came with a guppy, I looked into guppies and found that they can live in 1.5 times norrmal sea salinity and can breed well, has anyone tried this?

You will have to acclimate him for several weeks in a seperate tank. They are brackish and can be acclimated into salt, just do it slowly so that you do not shock him.
