I JUST GOT SOME LIVE SAND FROM MY LOCAL BEACH AND THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF WORMS IN THERE I THINK ON IS DARK RED SLOW MOVERS SOME UP TO A INCH
AND ANOTHER ONE THAT IS RED BUT KINDA SEE THROUGHT VARY FAST MOVER WHEN THEY COME OUT OF THE SAND THEY SWIM IN A FIGURE8 THEY HAVE RIDGES ON THE BOTTOM OF THEM

First of all getting sand from your local beach is iffy, not to mention illegal depending on where you got it. Did you already put the sand in your tank? You have no clue what is in there, not to mention some oil or polution from the passing boats. I would think twice before adding it if you haven't already. Anyonw else?

The worms are actually a good thing. they will help your ditritous control.
However - if they get too big they will eat your snails and hremits

Hate tp brake it, but all worms are not good. Some can do VERY bad things. They could be flat worms. Any better description of what they look like?
