I have some hair algae in my tank that is starting to change from a green to an almost redish brown. What is happening?
Is it starting to die? I know that some macroalgaes turn brown when they are dying so I hope this is the case. Does anyone have any experience with hair algae outbreaks? My tank is only about 2 months old so I know this small bloom is expected. It's also only on a select few rocks.
