Hair Alge

Hey im sure this has been ansewerd 100 times but....
How should i controll my hair alge in my 12 gallon nano. Any ideas? i have 12 various snails, 7 hermits, and 1 emerald crab... :notsure:

phosphate remover....and physically removing it from rock if possible.....cleaning crews are just a temp solution
