hair algea after 2 years?

ive had my tank now for 2 years and never had hair algea until now , my nitrates and phos are 0 , and i have a fuge with light on at night for a more consistant ph , can someone tell me whats going on and how to get ride of this

What kind of lights do you have and when is the last time you changed the bulbs?
Fish load? How much/often are you feeding?
RO water?

fish load is a blue tang , 2 percs and 3 chromis in a 90 gal , feed everyother day, use lab grade di water (better then ro) and i have mh which i did just change 3 weeks ago , but never have i had this

10 percent every week nitreates are 0

Could be the new bulbs.....I just replaced mine and I am battleing a alge bloom as well. You tang should be chowing on that anyway. More than likly its your new bulbs.
