I have a 125 gal tank that's been up for about a year and a half. In the last month or so, I've noticed more "dust" on the rocks and also a similar dustlike hair on the rocks. I think they are the same but I'm not sure. When I disturb my crushed coral bottom, there seems to be plenty of the dust. I have a dragon wrasse and a twin spot wrasse that stir up the bottom pretty good. I also have two clowns that wave the bottom pretty good when hangin with the bubble tip or long tip anenome. I have other fish, coral, but have had pretty much the same for about 3-4 months. I also have some snails and crabs. This dust/algae is fairly new. It is light gray in color. Any thoughts as to what this is and how to get rid of it?
