Has anyone ever built or thought about building thier own Ballast for a Halide lamp?? Do you think that like a hardware store would have the parts to build one with??
Hmm, if you dont have an electrical enginnering degree.. i woudlnt attempt it.. there not that expensive.. and when you buy a brand name.. the liability is on them for defects.. famous auction site.. not to expensive!
Me neither wouldn't even bother attempting it, buy the time you get all the parts and do the research you would have spent way much more instead of just buying a ballast.
