halloween --- ALMOST HERE!!!

so the stores have halloween decorations up already...
my friends and i are planning a gaint party (definately more than 200 people, plus whoever they bring!
) plus trick or treating and of course... we are already stocking up on TP, eggs, forks, ground beef, saran wrap, etc...
so i was wondering... what do other SWFers do for halloween? so lets hear what you, your friends, or your family are planning (costumes, parties, decorations...)!

Seriously, my little girl was born on Halloween last year so we do something as a family and take our 2.5 year old out trick or treating!

I would be stocking up on beer...
I take my 3 year old daughter TOTing...and then...Well thats about it....Damn I feel old now..

if i can give you any advise at all it would be to not throw the eggs at cars. my car was egged on halloween while i was on my way home from work. i swear to god if i would have cought the little F@#$%sS i would have gone to jail that night. BTW the egg shell chips the paint when it hits a car going 50 MPH. so you may want to rethink the egg throwing.

I hate eggs on Halloween. There is NO reason to use eggs to throw at cars parked or not. Alot of you kids don't realize that eggs DOES ruin the paint plus damage to the car body !! Especially if one finds out it had been egged during the night and had a bad frost overnight. Not a pretty picture. STOP USING EGGS ON HALLOWEEN AND THROW AT CARS !!! What ever happened to the good old fashioned shaving cream instead ? At least it washes off easily compared to eggs. Just you wait til you get older and care about your own car and you'll see why.
One year I got egged while driving home and needless to say I almost lost control of my car due to the egg had hit my windshield in my direct sight. Let alone I had my 1 year old in the back seat ! Imagine I had lost control of the car because of you kids STUPIDITY in causing the car crash and the real possibilty of injury or God forbid, death !! That's why kids on Halloween are brain damaged and DESTRUCTIVE !! Another reason I hate Halloween the most. It's not the same as when we were kids.

yeah we never throw at cars. mostly crack them and toss the insides at kids we know. last year i got my boyfriend. he still doesnt know it was us...

another reason we dont throw at cars, last year my cousin egged some chicks car and ended up paying to get it repainted.

Biggest attraction for me is the carving of the pumpkins. I've been doing them for a few years now, it's always fun.
I was never one for pranks, I'm cursed with thinking of how the prankee would feel.

you ever been to extremepumpkinDOTcom??? there are some really kewl carvings!!!
karma is the best medicine... to anyone that eggs, vandalizes property, smashes pumpkins or steals candy from a kid i hope it comes back 2 fold...

You guys have really made me feel old.
I'm stuck at home handing out candy while kids peek in my front door to spy for their parents who wonder what the purpleish glow is when they drive by at night.
Last year, one parent was standing on the road when their kid went to the door. He peers around me then turns around and yells back "IT'S A FISH TANK MOM!"
The mother was so embarassed she actually turned her back.
