Hamilton VHO Lighting System

I've been looking for a good deal on VHO lighting.
I found this system at the link below. Does anyone know if Hamilton makes a good product and is this a good deal? I'm considering purchasing the 72" system. Thanks for your help.

Check out this link, got my VHO's here. (Ice cap retro w/bulbs) Think the price is about the same as Dr. F&S kit which does not come w/bulbs. Ice cap has as good a rep as hamilton if not better on their ballast.
Just my thoughts. take it or leave it.
