Hamlets!

How aggresive are hamlets? are they compatible with other hamlets or groupers? Do they get as big as groupers? Any info would be helpful!

According to WWM they're not the most aggressive fish, and grow to about 6" or so.

They are usually a little more shy than most groupers. I would not keep more than one in a tank though, as they will have a tendency to fight usually.

THis is a group of fish I LOVE yet rarely see in the hobby.
Another time I suggest the Scott Michael Marine Fish book

Adults can have acclimation troubles.
They are a threat to crustaceans and small fish.
You can do more than one in a larger tank.
IMO some groupers could be a threat to these fish.
