Hammer and torch questions

Ive had a hammer and just bought a torch last saturday, my question is how much flow should these guys be getting? They always look more full and open at the lfs than they do when they get home. The hammer is about half way up my 90g, and the torch is about 4 or 5 in up from the sand bed. The torch is starting to let its tenticles out a little farther, but still not as much as it was in the store. There both getting a pretty good amount of flow. They just never seem to looks as "full" as any others I see. Also I have a nova extreme fixture 4x54. Its been established for a year next month.
Im out of alk and dkh tests but calcium is 470-480. Everything else is good, amm, trites, and trates are all zero, temp is 78, and SG is 1.025.

I don't think they need that much flow, my hammer just have a little flow that makes it just sway in the current, jmo.

i have a 135g and have 4 hydro 4's on there they do 1250gph and thats power heads i say grab two of them and you should be fine for flow.....there are cheap ones on ---- that work just as well as any good power head and are cheap tpye in wave maker you can get two of them for $54.99 plus $14 shipping i would say for flow you want 20-30 times the turn over rate of your tank so 30 x 9 = 2700gph in power heads thats whati read any ways hope its helpful...and i keep torches ,frogspawn, hammers , galaxy , elegance coral

Just remember that flow will influence the length of sweeper tentacles so depending on what’s around your hammer and frogspawn you will want to adjust your flow accordingly

Or ensure the flow is pushing the tentacles away from the surrounding coral. Euphyllia cannot move their tentacles themselves. They can only deflate them or inflate them. Otherwise they just "go with the flow" (hee hee)
