Hang-on Protien Skimmer ???

I have just set up a Berlin Turbo HO. I can't seem to keep the inner tube vertical (straight up and down). As soon as I turn the pump on, the rush of water pushes it out. Is there anything that holds this in?

In case anyone was wondering, I seem to have fixed the problem. The water flow was to high and the air mixture not enough. This caused the inner tube to be forced up causing it to tilt.
Just wanted to answer my own post in case anyone comes across the same problem in the future.
