Hang on skimmer which one?

We are going to purchase a skimmer this weekend online. We are thinking of the CPR Back pack2 with the biological SO we can ditch the canister. We also thought of the sea clone. I was wondering what everyone else was using and if it either of these was any good.

I'm using the sea clone and it works great, but we did have a problem with micro bubbles and tried every trick everyone had to offer to get rid of them. Ended up with a toe of pantyhose stuffed with sponge rubber banded on where it flows back into tank. Finally, after about 5 months it just quit putting out the microbubbles.
