didn't she announce her departure? It is one thing to do this for someone on hiatus, but another to do this for someone that threw a fit and left....

Because Sep is good people and does not hold a grudge.
Alix is/was a member of our community and Sep was big enough to wish her a happy birthday regardless of past conflict. Besides...we all know Alix is watching anyway.
