Hard Decision

OKay so i am currently about to redo my basement and make that my room, but the thing is should i set up my other tank somewhere else or just wait and put it in my room.....

because if i set it up upstairs in my current room then i wont be able to move it to my soon to be room...

this doesn't seem like something any of us can help you with... personally, i'd wait. moving a tank is a hassle at best and can be costly in terms of livestock losses.
