Harelquin Tusk with Ick

I have Australian Harlequin Tusk that I just added to my aggressive set up last Friday he was doing great until Monday. He is now covered with ick. He is still very active and eating good. I have been soaking his food in Zoe and have moved the UV off my 50 gal on to this tank until my larger UV gets here I also have some garlic extreme coming soon, if it does not arive tonight I will get some fresh garlic or garlic juice if I can find some at the grocery store. I have a 20 gallon HT but the problem is that he is 6" long and very active and his tank mates are a 3 1/2 Volitan Lionfish, 3" Miniatus Grouper, 8" SFE and a blue damsel. They are in a 150 gallon tank with 175 lbs of live rock. I doubt that I would be able to catch any of them with all the hiding places that they have and if I start to move the rocks around it will stir the sand up and I would not be able to see anything for several hours. If I did manage to catch these fish I don't think putting them all in a 20 gal tank for over a month would work. I have seen a few spots on the lion and grouper but they are not bad. I was woundering if anyone has anyting else that I can try with out having to tear down the whole set up. I thought about moving just the Harley if I can catch him into the HT, treat him with copper or hypo. and treat the others with garlic but I have heard that Harley's are sensitive to treatments but I am not sure if this is correct. Any advice would be appreciated. I would hate to loose such a beautiful fish.
Thanks
Ron
