Harlequin Pair With Sea Horses

I was wondering if it was safe to place a pair of harlequin shrimp with my sea horses. Also, what other types of craps/shrimps can I safetly keep?

I think they would be okay. But you do know that harlequin shrimp only eat starfish, right?
I keep nassarius snails and scarlet crabs with my seahorses.
