Hey everyone, you all should know by now that I have a 55 gal sw tank that is still going threw its cycle. But I'm on the hunt for a or a few cool eels to put in. I ran across a " Green Spotted Moray " in a LPS the other day. I've never seen one of these. AND IT WAS CHEAP. Only 21.99! It was a cool looking eel. I came home and tried to do some research on it, couldn't find much? Does anyone know anything about these? Are they easy to take care of? Hardy? How big do they get? Will it go with a green wolf eel? ect ect. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ive seen a green moray, and a spotted moray but havent seen a green spotted moray... who knows though, it could very well exist. Could it possibly be a goldentail moray? Either way all 3 of those get too big for a 55 IMO. Way to big.
Check out a SFE, chainlink or a zebra moray...(zebras are very timid however)
Be careful keeping two in 1 tank... Ive heard they can be aggressive.

Any two of the three eels that Midwest mentioned would do good in a 55, if it was my tank and I was going for eels I would get two SFE. The more docile eels should be fine together.
