Has anyone heard/used these MH retros?

there are many retro fit kits out there from ICE CAP to CORALIFE. It saves on costs and also if you are building your own hood it is the way to go. I just picked up 2 used 175W ICE CAP MH for $230 CND with reflector and a few bulds. I think retro fit kits are the best way to go so that you can mix and match what you want for a lighting system.

Reason I do that is that i've had problems in the past w/ spam mail from "bots" just looking for email addresses.
