Has anyone kept a open brain with pc lighting?

I had one in a 20 "tall" Nano (16") under 130 watt PCs and he did very well...
I put him on the bottom of a 24" tank under 250 watt MH and he did not do as well untill I moved him bout 1/2 way up...
Took a couple weeks to "shrink down" (almost unperceptable) and only a couple days to fill back in and show he was "happy"...

Thanks for the info!!!!!I mine is 24"deep..and iam using 65wx2day@10,000and i think the other is a 65x2-7100actinic...there 22inch bulbs iam new to the coral thing only been doing it for about five months i have had fish only tanks for five years...I have a few low light corals and they are doing very well
