hatch and feed

Can someone explain the hatch and feed system that you put in your tank for cleaner shrimp and can I use this system to feed sharks?

I believe you are referring to Brine shrimp. They are only beneficial when first hatched, but will not sustain life especially a shark.

aside from that shark wouldnt be able to catch the shrimp
