hatching shrimp eggs

how do i tell if they are hatching , they are so small its like dust in the water.....
it has been about 12hrs now. they said some should be hatching by now...

Are they brine shrimp?
It should take about 24-36 hours for them to start hatching. You'll be able to see them swim in the water.

I give mine about 48 hours, then turn off the air. The egg shells will float and most of the shrimp will swim to the bottom. If you put a small light toward the bottom of the container they will swim toward the light.

Don't wait too long though, or else they would fully absorb their yolk sack. That is where almost all the nutrition on the BBS comes from.
