Thanks for the comments . our sand we clean the sand when we do water changes and once a month we take some of the sand out wash it then put it back its a pretty big job but if you love your tank and take pride in it its all worth if.

Just curios but doesnt the sand contain things that you want in your tank, I thought all of the good live bacteria is in the sand?
You do have a nice tank, lets see a full tank shot>

yes but we don't take all of it out just the front. i dont think it hurt any thing as all our fish are healthy.
