Have Mushrooms and Anemones -- What next

I have a 125 reef with 2 corallife 96 watt 10,000K lights (2 day, 2 actinic). I have a ton of mushrooms in my tank that are doing great, and an anemone that has split. I would like to add another kind of coral for some variety and color. Any suggestions?

I would first get a better light set up if you want to keep the anemone. Your coral selection is limited to softies like zoa's, leathers and xenia. Some LPS may do ok too, candy canes, hammer coral, torch coral. Zoa's are hardy and come in a variety of colors.

Actually the anemone has been in there for almost a year and just split a few months ago. What could I add for lighting for a better Coral selection?

HO-T5's Depending on your budget, nova extreme's, nova extreme pro's, Tek or Aquatinics. 72" long tank? If so the extreme pros are about $700 12 lamp fixture 468 watts. IMO sky's the limit with what you want.

Could I just add one in the middle to cut on the cost?

Lighting is not something that you want to cut corners on in this hobby I'm affraid. You could just buy a unit for the center of the tank, but what's the point of having such a large tank if 2/3 of it is going to be dark?
Just wondering, what type and color is your anemone? If it's white then it is not healthy.

It is a bubble-tip anemone.. It is really deep pink and doing very well. I thought the mushrooms could not handle the halides?

They would need to be acclimated to more intense lighting but they can certainly handle it. As stated above 1 MH light will illuminate about a 2'x2' area. The rest of your tank will be dark. Also if MH Is the way you want to go, you might need to look into the cost of a chiller. IMO HO-t5 lighting is a better option, you can keep your PC lights put all actinic bulbs in them. Get the novas with all 10k daylights you'd be all set.
