Have some Q's and Need some A's

Ive been maintaining a 125 at my work for about 8 months. so i am not a complete rookie.
but........this is my first time actually setting up a tank.
here it is
20 gallon long
25 lbs live rock (Uncured)
20 lbs live bahamas oolite sand
1 Whisper 40gallon filter
1 Current Fussion Nano Skimmer
My questions :help:
- Will the uncurred rock start my cycle.
- If so, how long will the rock take to cure.
- Should i cure it under lights or in dark.
- Should i be running a power head during this time.
- Should i take out my filter material and pack the canister full of LR rubble.
- If so should i also run a stocking full of act. carbon.
- Should i run carbon 24hrs. a day
I am sorry this is so long winded but i really wanna get this right.

The uncured rock will start your cycle. It can take up to six weeks to cure. You can run a light during this time if you want too, but it's not necessary. You should definitely have some PH's running in there.
