Having a hard time

I'm having a hard time finding the right sized bulkhead for my return line. The hole thats in the tank measures exactly 1 inch in diameter. Anyone know what size bulkhead that requires?

That is not a standard size for a bulkhead. I would say that hole was not used for a bulkhead.
Here is a of list for holes sizes for BH
1/2" BH = 1 1/8-1 1/4" hole
3/4" BH = 1 3/8-1 1/2" hole
1" BH = 1 5/8-2 1/8" hole

Thanks for the info. I dont know what else it could be for-its in the bottom of the tank inside the overflow

Have you tried a 1/2" bulkhead? Don't see them used very often but that is the only thing close.
