ive had my light fixture for about 2 months....it is a 175mH and 2 36" 30watt blue actinics....i bought it used, but the bulbs are brand new....i run the lights about 10 hours a day. when they (the florescents) switch on, the lights flicker as if they want to turn on, but dont have enough juice to turn on....is it the ballast? the MH is fine....it's just the blues that dont turn on...
